In June 2019, we acquired a villa in Marbella, Villa Christina, located in the Urbanization Elviria, in Marbella (Málaga). It is a single-family home with two floors, garage, storage room, pool and garden. Its highlights are its location and its views of the Mediterranean Sea, which make it an ideal place to spend long periods of time. Building Kant-Strasse

In 2006 a building was acquired on a main street in Berlin (Germany) for the reform for the rental operation of a residential building. The building consists of 33 homes and 3 commercial premises with a budget of 4.5 million euros.

Building Weinmeister-Strasse

Purchase of land and building of a property in the Mitte district, the most commercial and most developed area of Berlin (Germany). The building consists of 15 homes and 1 large commercial property with a budget of 7 million euros.

Marbella - Villa de Goleta

In December 2017, a villa was acquired in Marbella for renovation and subsequent sale made in the spring of 2019. The villa is located on Goleta street in Marbella (Málaga). It is a single-family home consisting of two floors, the ground floor features porches, hall, living room, dining room, toilet, pantry, kitchen, terraces, stairs and garage. The upper floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, corridor, dressing room and terraces with an area of 600 m2. The project has consisted of a comprehensive renovation of the house and the garden as well as the creation of an island pool.

Málaga - Single Family Nueva Andalucía

Located on Thames street of the Nueva Andalucía Urbanization (Marbella-Málaga), the house has 350 m2 built (260 m2), 5 bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms, pool, garage, heated flooring, air conditioning and solar panels, plus a relaxation area. The project has consisted of a comprehensive renovation to provide the villa with a modern and attractive structure.

In 2004 we built a three-story office building of 3,000 m2 in Aravaca (Madrid), near the A-6, fully equipped and also has both exterior and interior parking

Participation in the construction of an apartment building with 45 floors in a residential area of Panama City, near the old town. A building overlooking the sea, surrounded by the most complete urban facilities, shopping centers, cinemas, pharmacies, parks, etc. Its budget has amounted to 10 million euros.

City of Panama - Building Quadrat

Participation in the construction of a 33-floor apartment building in a residential area of Panama City, at 73 San Francisco Street. A fully equipped building with fitness center, squash court, swimming pools and open terraces. Its budget has amounted to more than 22 million euros.
